Confident in Color and Stripes!

I’m back with another fashion post. This one was really fun for me. Mainly because it pertains to color!!! Let me tell you something , I’ve never been shy when it comes to wearing certain colors. Why I’m like that I don’t know. For as long as I can remember I’ve been into wearing the brightest thing I can find. I guess it’s safe to say I’ve been into setting trends before I even knew it was a thing.

Let’s get into this look. So I attended a fashion event earlier this summer and saw this pink and yellow dress on the runway , and thought to myself that dress is mine. So of course I ordered it. However, when the dress came in all of my excitement quickly went out the window. I was scared as hell to wear it out. Why? Because It was fitted and bright. I just had to shake the feeling , so I had a talk with Jesus & Self and decided I’m going to wear this dress. I spent my coin, yea it wasn’t an option.

Once my look came together you couldn’t tell me I was wearing that dress baby! What I loved most about the dress, was the yellow bow on the back. It was very flattering and was the perfect look for me during fashion week in New York. The color went very well with my skin tone and I felt super sexy!!

I can honestly say this dress was super bomb (fitted and all) I would definitely suggest purchasing it. Ladies I urge you to try new looks (bright or stripes). If it’s fitted and you’re comfortable, wear the heck out of it!
